If you have received an e-mail indicating your parcels tracking number (if this is not the case, it means that your package has not yet been shipped)
The delivery status of your parcel thanks to your tracking number
Do not hesitate to contact the post office with your parcel tracking number or ask your neighbors or your concierge.
