Your mission is noted as "Refused" when our software did not find your opinion on the e-commerce site with the information that you transmitted to us on your mission follow-up.
It is also possible that the e-commerce site did not validate your opinion and that it does not appear on the product page. It is therefore impossible for us to find it in order to validate your mission.
When your mission is refused, you can modify your mission and these informations. You can also send a screenshot of your review on the product page to our support so that we can manually validate the mission.
