First, we ask you to check your packages content mentioned on your welcome e-mail. On this email, you will find the details of its content. If you notice something missing, do not hesitate to contact us.
If you did not receive the product directly in your package, for our food campaigns, rest assured it's normal. For hygienic reasons, we cannot ship a fresh product directly to you by post. You should have received full value coupons allowing you to collect your product in stores free of charge.
